Rotor Q-rings give you a smoother pedal action and help reduce build up of lactates at threshold.They are adjustable for different riding cadences and give you assistance through the deadspot by reducing the effective gear, and also at the Q-moment(point of most force) by raising the effective gear.

For compatibility on Shimano FC7000 series 2007 please choose OCP3 Chainrings. Shimano Pre 2007 has normal compatibility.
