MTB & XTR Q-Rings
Q-rings MTB Triple
These rings fit Most XT & XC MTB Triple applications and have 2 Bolt circle diameters.-Outer and Middle ring on 104mm and the inner on 64mm. See below for XTR M960 & M970.
Rotor Q-rings give you a smoother pedal action and help reduce build up of lactates at threshold.They are adjustable for different riding cadences and give you assistance through the deadspot by reducing the effective gear, and also at the Q-moment(point of most force) by raising the effective gear.
Used in the Tour de France 2007 and by 2006 World Champion Marianne Vos, they are ideal for TT, Road racing, and audax rides.
