MTB & XTR Q-Rings
Q-rings MTB Triple
These rings fit Most XT & XC MTB Triple applications and have 2 Bolt circle diameters.-Outer and Middle ring on 104mm and the inner on 64mm. See below for XTR M970.
Rotor Q-rings give you a smoother pedal action and help reduce build up of lactates at threshold.They are adjustable for different riding cadences and give you assistance through the deadspot by reducing the effective gear, and also at the Q-moment(point of most force) by raising the effective gear.
Used by Chistof Sauser as world champion MTB in 2008 and also now choice of rings by the Specialised Factory team.
