At Spin Cycle Works we love titanium. For us it's hands down the ultimate material from which to craft bikes and components. We love how it rides, how it looks, and how it quickly becomes your best friend out on the road. It's also notoriously hard to work.
You can't fabricate Titanium in moulds or in a hurry with any kind of slick mass production line. Each frame has to be crafted in true old-school fashion, each component has to be machined with special cutters and that means by highly skilled hand. Each tube physically wrestled to produce the optimal shape. It's the main reason why good quality titanium bikes and parts cost so much money.
