AND CONDITIONS. Returns
We will refund or exchange any returned goods provided they are in a saleable
condition i.e. In original packaging with labels still attached. Goods returned
due to incorrect sizes ordered will be refunded minus the original postage
costs. If goods develop a problem they will be returned to the manufacturer
for inspection to determine whether a warranty claim is valid.
OWNERSHIP
At the Sellers discretion, ownership of the Goods may not pass from the Seller
to the Buyer until the Buyer has made a payment in full thereof (and any
other monies owing to the Seller). If payment is not made in accordance
with these Terms & Conditions of Sale, the Seller shall have the right
(without prejudice to the obligation of the Buyer to purchase the Goods,
and to any other remedy that may be available to the Seller) to retake
possession of Goods not fully paid for.
PRIVACY POLICY
Velotech Sevices will not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies
are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping
cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used
to:
a. Take and fulfill
customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
LAW
This contract shall be governed by English Law .
Payment terms
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Solo, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit,
Visa Prospect, Maestro and Electron.
For your security all card
transactions are completed on our secure server, to confirm
this a small padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser
window.
We charge your credit card
in Pounds Sterling and the credit card company will make the
exchange to the local currency. As exchange rates vary you
will have to check with your credit card company for the exact
rate.
CHEQUE.
ONLY AVAILABLE TO UK MAINLAND CUSTOMERS If you wish to pay for your order by
cheque or bankers draft then you will need to print off the completed order
form that will be automatically emailed to you after you have confirmed
your order. You will need to send this form along with a cheque or bankers
draft to :-

All payments should be made in Pounds Sterling and made payable to Velotech
Services.
DEPOSIT ON COMPLETE BIKES
All complete bikes are individually imported from Spain and dispatch time is
normally 1-3 weeks from receipt of your payment. After you have completed
your order you will be given the choice to either pay in full or pay a £100
deposit (by Cheque or Credit Card). We will contact you and ask you to pay
the outstanding balance (by Cheque or Credit Card) when your bike is ready
for dispatch. ** If paying by cheque we will not start building process until
we have received the first cheque.
Postage Terms UK
MAINLAND including Northern Ireland and also Isle of Wight and Isle of Man:
We will dispatch your Parts & Accessories order within 48 hours and you
should expect delivery within 4-6 working days. Expect delivery within 8-10
working days. Frames and Complete Bikes will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks.
Carriage charges, which will be added at
the end of your order, are as follows:-

Any Order Including Wheels £9.50
Any Order Including Frames £12.00

DTI Distance Selling
Regulations
These Government Department of Trade and Industry regulations entitle you to
a 7 day 'cooling off' period after you have received the goods you have purchased
from us. This regulation is to give you the opportunity to examine the goods
you have purchased as you would have when buying in a shop. If you wish to
exercise these rights and cancel your purchase you should return the goods
to Spiuk Sports 87 Old Town Mews, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 6GR within 7 working
days from the date after the goods were received by you. You can only cancel
your purchase if the goods are returned to us unused, unmarked and in their
original packaging. You will not be reimbursed with any postage or carriage
costs.
